Re: Church of Scientology v.

Armstrong . Bent Corydon,
Appellee. Civ. No. B
038975

Dear Sir:

On March 1, 1990, Gerald Armstrong filed a document in this
Appeal captioned Petition for Permission to File Response and for
Time to File. Shortly thereafter Bent Corydon filed a response
requesting that the petition be granted. On March 1, 1990 Mr.
Armstrong also filed a petition for leave to file a brief in
another appeal pending in this court arising from the same
lawsuit. That appeal is Civ. App. No. B 025920. Mr. Armstrong's
petition was granted as to that matter but the undersigned
counsel for Mr. Corydon has received no notice of whether Mr.
Armstrong's petition has been acted upon in Appeal B 038975.
Consequently, I am uncertain whether briefing has been completed
and would like to clarify this issue.

If a ruling on that petition has been sent to counsel but
somehow not received by me, please send me a copy in the envelope
I have provided for that purpose. Please also confirm that you
have my address correctly listed, which is a change of address
since the commencement of this appeal.

Thank you.
